PUBLIC SERVICE CONCESSION FOR THE OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE SERGE-CHARLES ICE RINK LOCATED IN WASQUEHAL
Public service concession for the operation and management of the Serge Charles ice rink located in Wasquehal.
The grantor entrusts to the grantee, who accepts and undertakes at its own expense, risks and perils, to ensure a public service mission consisting of administrative, financial, technical and commercial management, as well as the maintenance and entertainment of the Serge Charles ice rink located in Wasquehal. Under this contract, the concessionaire will collect the revenue directly to users. The operator will also receive an annual subsidy in return for the public service constraints imposed, in particular the reception of people with disabilities and the opening hours.
