The purpose of this public service concession consists of the operation and management of the future metropolitan swimming pool located in Roncq.
PUBLIC SERVICE CONCESSION FOR THE OPERATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE FUTURE METROPOLITAN SWIMMING POOL LOCATED IN RONCQ
The purpose of this service concession public consists of the operation and management of the future metropolitan swimming pool located in Roncq.
This procedure is governed by the provisions of articles L1411-1 and following of the General Code of Territorial Communities (CGCT) as well as by the provisions of the third part of the code of public procurement (CCP) relating to concession contracts.
The concessionaire assumes all the risks linked to the operation and derives most of its remuneration from the operation of the swimming pool.
The duration of the contract is set at 5 years from the date of provision of the equipment and subject to obtaining administrative authorizations relating to the authorization to open the equipment. For information purposes, it is specified that the construction work on this aquatic complex began in September 2025 and was theoretically completed in the spring. 2027.
