Description:
Public service concession for the management of the school and out-of-school catering service. The dealer bears the risk. The purpose of the concession is to manage the school and out-of-school catering service. Mode of management desired by the municipality: concession of leasing type services. Concession not allocated. The purpose of the public service delegation contract will be to entrust the concessionaire with the management of the school catering service and extracurricular, in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Code and the General Code of Local Authorities. The municipality, delegating authority, will make school catering and reception sites available to its future concessionaire leisure facilities as well as a work space for collection from families, necessary for the operation of the public service. In return, the concessionaire will be subject to payment of an annual fee. The delegatee operates and manages the service of school and extracurricular collective catering at your own risk.
