- The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a concession contract on the operation of urban transport networks of the territorial springs of four organizing authorities (the Metropolis of Grand Nancy, the community of communes of the Pompey basin, the community of municipalitiesCountries of salt and vermois and the mixed union of suburban transport of Nancy), made up of a group of conceding authorities whose coordinator is the mixed union of suburban transport in Nancy: 355,000 inhabitants, on an area of 625km2 - including 258,000 inhabitants on 142km2For the Metropolis of Grand Nancy.
