- Public service concession for the management of heating networks in the town of Les Herbiers The delegatee will be responsible for operating all existing installations and ensuring the supply of heat to network users. It will also be responsible for the financing, design, construction and operation of new heat production installations to achieve the objectives of the town of Les Herbiers, particularly economic and environmental. This contract is a public service delegation agreement within the meaning of the provisions of articles L. 1411-1 et seq. of the general code of local authorities (CGCT), by which the delegator entrusts to the delegatee the operation of the works intended for the public heat production and distribution service in the territory of the City of Herbiers. The agreement will cover the entire territory of the city and the existing networks, namely the Saint-Etienne network and the Tibourgère network, as well as as well as the development of a new network in the Grand Fief sector. The project has a total production capacity estimated at approximately 2.35 MW of biomass and 5.3 MW of gas.
