The City of Colombes entrusts the Concessionaire Company, exclusively and for the duration specified in this notice, exploitation and management of the multi -reception The chicks of 43 cradles (possibility of reception of children with disabilities), the municipality being the owner of the premises. THEConcessionaire supports this public service activity at its expense, risks and peril and ensures the burden of all the material means made available (including its renewal) and humans necessary for the operation and management of the service. Service operating rightsconsist in ensuring the registration and admission of children, ensure a quality reception service, in accordance with both regulatory obligations and the provisions of this contract, deploy a quality establishment project, ensure compliance with the operating regulations, maintainConstant and transparent relations with the concedent, developing a communication policy and respectful of the relative roles of the condepant and the concessionaires, perceive the different products of the conceded service, and in particular PSU pricing. His remuneration will come from recipesoperating the activities for which he will be responsible and possibly compensation for public service subjection.
