- NUTS code: FRF12 - Main place of execution: Saint-Louis Agglomération - LANDSER (68440) & SIERENTZ (68510) The Saint-Louis Agglomeration Community intends to entrust to a third party the management and operation of two multi-reception centers in its territorial jurisdiction and whose consistency and operating methods are contractually defined. The Delegate, to whom the Delegating Authority transfers the risk of operating the service in accordance with the principles of public service delegation, is responsible for implementing said services and bears the financial burden. The contract subject to this public call for applications constitutes a concession contract within the meaning of article L. 1121-1 of the public procurement code. relating to the management and operation of two multi-reception structures: - The Les Trois Cygnes multi-reception center located in Landser, with a capacity of 45 places; - The Les Lucioles multi-reception center located in Sierentz, with a capacity of 36 places.
