PUBLIC SERVICE CONCESSION FOR THE MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION OF THE "PETIT MATIN", "SUCRE D'ORGE" AND "FRIMOUSSE" MULTI-CENTER CENTERS OF SIX FOURS LES PLAGES
As part of the public service delegation contract, the Concessionaire will be entrusted with the missions following:
- Compiling the approval file with the competent services;
- Management of relations with users;
- User billing, collection of contributions and handling of unpaid debts;
- Welcoming users including preparation and organization activities adapted to this audience in compliance with legal and regulatory standards;
- Management of registrations and planning of user reception with the aim of optimizing the occupancy rate;
- Compliance with health and safety standards and the rules set by the PMI ;
- The acquisition and renewal of small equipment and educational materials consistent with the educational project;
- Routine maintenance and preventive maintenance operations, as well as the renewal of equipment, large materials and furniture in compliance with the rules of applicable legal and regulatory security;
- Financial management of equipment with the preparation of budgets, operating accounts and CAF balance sheets;
