• Description:
• The purpose of this contract is to concede, through a public service concession contract The management and operation of the Cinema Le Grenier d'Alcazar located at 1 place Thiers, Eyguieres, 13,430.
  The perimeter is delimited on the joint plane in appendix 1, cited in article 14.
  Equipment, Below appointed cinema, includes a room that can accommodate 201 people, including 3 people with reduced mobility.
  In addition to the room, the works made available to the operator include:
  - a PMR elevator accessible from outside the cinema and then a device allowing accessibility people with disabilities to the cinema;
  - a reception hall equipped with a ticket sales window;
  - an office serving a projection cabin;
  - a break room for cinema staff;
  - sanitary facilities;
  - A storage space at the rear of the projection screen.
  The operator The missions:
  - public and commercial exploitation of equipment, in compliance with the guidelines defined by the community:
  o The reception of the public 11 months in the cinema of the Grenier de l'Alcazar as part of the annual programming, the equipment being closed during the month of August ;
  o Organize outdoor cinema sessions, mid-July in mid-August, mainly at the Theatre de Verdure, but, failing this, in other public spaces after authorization from the municipality;
