The purpose of this service concession - The purpose of this service concession is to entrust, to a concessionaire - at its risk - called below "concessionaire", the exploitation, the management as well as the maintenance of the Squash/Tennis sports complex located route du Fort de Toga at n 825.
The municipality conceding authority expects from the future concessionaire a significant commitment and intends to exercise control over the operating procedures of the Equipment.
This public service concession contract of the type of hoarseness, the principle of which was made by deliberation of the municipal council on date on dateFrom March 10, 2025, deliberation- DE- 100325-010 transfers the entire responsibility of the operation of the service on the operational, legal and commercial levels. Thus, in particular, the following risks are transferred to the delegate:
Risks linked to the damage caused to staff,to third parties and goods during the operations provided by the delegate;
Risks linked to operating expenses and revenue;
Risks linked to security and safety.
exclusive operating rights;
movable and real estate works, materials, equipment and layouts andtheir possible renewal;
and in general, all of the facilities of a movable or real estate nature assigned to the operation of the service.
