- The contract subject to this notice constitutes a public service concession contract within the meaning of articles L. 1121-3 of the public procurement code and L. 1411-1 and following and R1411-1 and following of the general code of local authorities. The concessionaire will be responsible for exploitation and Management (administrative, technical and financial) as well as the maintenance and maintenance of the 2 multi-reception structures and the 2 micro-creches (including one in forecast opening at the end of the 1st quarter 2027) of the Pays de Chateaugiron community.
The dealer will be responsible for the exploitation and administrative, technical and financial management as well as the maintenance and maintenance of the 2 multi-reception structures of 35 places each Libellule (Chateaugiron) and Coccinelle (Noyal-sur-Vilaine), the micro-creche les bees with 12 places (Servon-sur-Vilaine) and the future 12-place micro-creche (Pire-Chance) whose forecast opening is scheduled for the end of the first quarter of 2027.
Conditions of execution of the concession
The dealer will be responsible for the following missions:
1. Daily management
- Reception of children from 10 weeks to 3 years old and 4 years as exceptional
- Restoration, maintenance of premises, application of hygiene standards
