Description:
The delegate will be entrusted with the management, exploitation, animation, development and enhancement of the Citadel site, a historic and cultural monument, located in Sisteron. The holder must assume the risks linked to the operation of the service.
Description of services: the delegate will be in charge of:
- the conservation, exploitation, animation and building management of the Citadel, a historic monument located on the territory of the commune of Sisteron;
- Ensure the development, influence and attractiveness of the Citadel site;
- Develop a modernization project of the site, its surroundings and the service offer and in particular the realization of an immersive museography project;
- Organize events with a cultural and artistic vocation within the Citadel and in particular to create one to two annual "festival" events of a character seasonal and strong cultural influence;
- Finance the investments to be made within the framework of the contract;
- pay the payment of a fee linked to the statement of the site, as well as the financial contribution provided for in the contract under the closing of the current contract and sums due by the municipality to the outgoing delegate.
