The current business real estate portfolio in Toulouse Metropole is made up of 7 business incubators and hotels (including B612) which make it possible to accommodate innovative companies in particular to facilitate their development in their creation phase. Priority tool to support creation, innovation, business incubators and hotels in Toulouse Metropole constitute a real lever for economic development and employment for the region. In correspondence with the key sectors of the territory, the companies welcomed by selection are in the majority of cases from from the research community in the fields of biotechnology, digital technology, aeronautics, space, embedded systems, new energies, and industry in the broad sense.
The desire of the Community is to promote the development of hosted businesses through support qualified, a dynamic entertainment offer so that they can better integrate into our local economic fabric.
The main missions entrusted, as envisaged by Toulouse Metropole, could be:
- Operation, upkeep and maintenance of works;
- Site animation and management;
- Revenue collection;
- The development of a commercial policy intended to strengthen the attendance and attractiveness of the sites;
