Description:
In view of the achievement of its missions, the concessionaire provides in particular: - the financing and the realization of the works and equipment allowing the creation of the facilities of the fairing area to environmental standards (by the treatment of runoff before rejection at sea); - the management and exploitation of the fairing area once the authorization decree has been obtained, included the crawling activity; - the provision of the human resources necessary for the service; - the financing and production of investments allowing the optimized exploitation of thefairing in suitable safety conditions (from the point of view of users and the environment); - The Gros -ventien renewal and the maintenance of the works and equipment of the concession. The concessionaire will ensure, at its risk, the overall financial balance of the concessionof public service.
