Description:
The purpose of this procedure is to entrust, by way of delegation of public service, the exploitation of the municipal aquatic center "Les Bains du Cap". The concessionaire will ensure, at its risk, the financing and exploitation of the municipal aquatic center comprising three spaces: -the pool space: 400 m² of interior water bodies, a space of water without depth of 138 m², 435 m² of traffic and relaxation beaches, 290 m² of plant exterior, 400 m² of mineral solarium, 85 m² M² of offices and premises for staff, 305 m² of common spaces - changing rooms, sanitary facilities, showers - and annexed premises for 332 m²; -The well -being space of 220 m² with a reception area, changing rooms, showers and sanitary facilities, a sauna and hammam space of 31 m², a balneo basin of 29 m², a balneo shower Relaxation of 40 m²; -The small restoration of 19 m² with a terrace with direct access to the solarium outside the swimming pool and a terrace located on the forecourt of the esplanade adjoining the aquatic establishment.
