Description:
As part of the public service concession, the delegate will take care of at his own risk: - design, construction, financing of the works and equipment necessary for production, distribution and delivery of heat all year round to subscribers, - and the maintenance in perfect condition of operation of the works and equipment, - the supply of combustibles and energies, the production, the supply and the distribution of heat; - management of relations with subscribers including marketing and development of service; - there perception of corresponding revenues from subscribers and the management of unpaids; - The continuity of the public service in compliance with the principles of equality of users, secularism and neutrality of public service. The provisional duration of the agreement is approximately 31 years from the Notification with an initial phase of studies/marketing/preparation of work and then an operating phase lasting 30 years from January 1, 2027 (start -up in parallel with renovation/network extension work and renovation current or even new construction boiler room). The service of the future concessionaire includes: - the renovation and/or the realization of one or more boiler rooms equipped with wood generators in base and with additional gas/rescue generators capable of providing up to about 6 MW of power to users the coldest days of ...
