Public service concession aimed at the design, realization, financing and operation of a wood boiler associated with a heat network in the territory of the municipality of AM ...
As part of the public service concession, the delegate will take care of at his own risk and perils:
- the design, construction, financing of the works and equipment necessary for production, distribution and heat delivery all year round to subscribers,
- the exploitation and maintenance in perfect working order of the works and equipment,
- supply In combustibles and energies, production, supply and distribution of heat;
- management of relations with subscribers including marketing and development of service;
- the perception of corresponding revenues from subscribers and the management of unpaids;
- continuity of public service while respecting the principles of equality of users, secularism and neutrality of public service.
The provisional duration of the agreement is approximately 31 years from notification with an initial phase of studies/marketing/preparation of work and then a phase operating lasting 30 years from January 1, 2027 (starting in parallel with renovation work/network extension and current boiler room or even construction new boiler room).
The service of the future concessionaire includes:
