Description:
Consultation launched within the framework of a group of orders in accordance with articles L2113-6 to L2113-8 of the public procurement code between Vienne Condrieu Agglomeration and the municipality of Grigny-sur-Rhone. Vienna Condrieu agglomeration is appointed by agreement, coordinator of the group ofOrders. Are concerned: the swimming pools of Villette de Vienne, Loire sur Rhone, Eyzin-Pinet and the nautical stadium Francoise Clavery-Bouysson in St Romain en Gal. This is an open call for tenders subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the code of the codepublic order. The framework agreement with maximum has applied in application of articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. Agreement framework for order orders with maximum amount over the total duration of the market of 800,000 euros excluding tax and for the wholegroup. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of one year from notification of the market. There is no planned decomposition in lots. The execution of services starts on September 1, 2025
