- The service provider must provide calorific energy to municipal buildings (school, town hall, village hall), to the EHPAD Marc Rocher, at Henri Pourat college, to housing of OPAC 43, as well as different buildings of the mixed Syndicat of the Chair Dieu project (in order to cover their needs in Heating and reheating of domestic hot water). Annual needs are estimated at 1,300 MWh. It is a market passed in an order group composed of the commune of the Chair Dieu, the mixed union of the Chaise Dieu project, the Ehpad Marc Rocher, the Henri Pourrat college and the OPAC 43. The mixed union of the Chair Dieu project is coordinator of the order group
