Description:
the object of the contract of this consultation is to entrust the agent with the task of carrying out the program of public space operations in the name and on behalf of the contracting authority, and under its control, within the framework of the guidelines set in the preamble and the conditions set out below et in accordance with the provisions of articles L.2422-5 et seq. of the public procurement code. To this end, the contracting authority confers on the agent the power to represent it for the performance of legal acts falling within the attributions of the contracting authority, within the framework of a mandategoverned by the aforementioned legislative texts and by the provisions of this contract. The works covered by this mandate must comply with the program and respect the overall financial envelope, as well as the provisional timetable for completion
