• The services are regulated by unit and fixed prices. As part of the reopening of the Cézanne sites in June 2026, it is planned to set up autonomous and qualitative visits to these sites, without systematic recourse to obligatory guided tours, in order to increase reception capacity and diversify mediation methods by adapting them to different audiences. To do this, it is necessary to use an audio guide system with the provision of a fleet of physical video guides (in limited number) and the development and/or provision of a mobile application downloadable to personal smartphones using a PWA system. The system must be adapted to high annual attendance, scalable and meet the requirements of reliability, accessibility, ease of use and quality of content, in a constrained heritage context.
