Description:
This consultation is launched according to the tender procedure opened in accordance with articles L 2124-2 and R 2162-2 to R2162-5 of the public procurement code. These are 2 framework agreements with mono-attribute order orders without a minimum amount but with a maximum amount on the overall duration of each framework agreement in accordance with articles L. 2125-1-1, R. 2162-1 et seq. and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. Each framework agreement will come into force from January 1, 2026 or on its date of notification so posterior, for a period of one year renewable once, an overall duration of four years. He will expire on December 31, 2029 or on the anniversary date of notification (after 4 ans).
