Assignment of a public service concession contract for the operation, management and animation of the Sarcus business and social innovation center, located in Nogent-sur-Oise.
The public service concession contract relates to the animation, management and development of the business center and social innovation of the Sarcus, including in particular the business hotel, the nursery, the meeting spaces, the amphitheater, the common areas and if necessary, the restoration space.
The operation of the equipment will be made at the risk of the concessionaire.
