Description:
This market concerns the supply, operation and maintenance of recharging terminals for electric vehicles (IRVE) on the territory of the metropolis.
The objectives of the client are as follows:
- Continue the deployment of public IRVE, especially in white areas or even little served by its territory (Lot 1). To date, Saint-Etienne Metropole has nearly 250 charges, but only around thirty out of the 53 municipalities in the metropolis are equipped.
- Equip the properties sites of Saint-Etienne Metropole (lot 2) in order to allow Agents and users of these sites to have access to a means of charge, as well as employees of companies tenant of the heritage of the metropolis.
Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution
IRVE on public space in peri-urban and rural communes
IRVE in the parking lots of the Properties sites or managed by Saint-Etienne Metropole
