The purpose of this consultation is the realization of The mission of scheduling, piloting and coordination of site for the rehabilitation of the 297 dwellings and 11 commercial premises of the Clos Jouve residence in Lyon 1er.
The aforementioned services are subject to a single lot.
A price market will be awarded Global and revisable lump sum, entrusted to a single company or a group. In the event of a group of companies, the form of grouping imposed by Grandlyon Habitat for the development of the market will be that of the solidarity group.
The market takes effect from its notification for a Provisional duration of six (6) years.
Duration of the mission: 72 months (including paid holidays) including six (6) months of site preparation (cf. art. 2.6 of RC).
Applicants must make a compulsory site visit, before submitting an offer (cf. art. 2.4 of the RC)
