Description:
This consultation concerns the development of the port of Saint-Gilles. The market is broken down into 5 lots. The project management is provided by Seiri. The market is divided into two distinct execution phases (phase 1: quai des merchants and phase 2: historic quays). The duration Provisional of the market any phase combined (included preparation period) is 18 months. Economic operators will have to take into account the constraint linked to the summer period (indicated in the CCAP). The execution of the work begins from the date fixed by the service order prescribing to start the work. The services are paid by a unit price (price slip) according to the stipulations of the act of engagement. Market prices are revised monthly. The services described in this market do not give rise to any distribution of common expenses Between the various holders. Each batch is independent. A financial guarantee is provided under the conditions defined in the CCAP and the conditions for payment and reimbursement of the advance as well. The conditions of execution of the services include elements of a environmental nature which take into account sustainable development objectives.
