Description:
The consultation relates to the following services:
Realization of work relating to extension, densification, densification and burial operations on FTTH infrastructure deployed by the Department.
Execution studies and realization of civil engineering work, wiring and Optical connectors.
The consistency and detail of the expected services are described in this specific administrative clause notebook (CCAP) and at the specific technical clauses (CCTP) of this market.
The performance constitutes A homogeneous and integrated set which does not allow an allotment in this consultation.
The consultation has passed through tenders opened in application of articles L.2124-1 and 2, R.2124-1 and 2 and R.2161-2 to 5 of the public procurement code.
The acquisition of services will be carried out by A framework agreement with order plenty without minimum and with a maximum annual amount of 1,000,000 euros excl. Tax, in application of articles R.2162-2 and R2162-4-2 of the public procurement code.
The market passed by framework agreement to order orders is concluded for an initial period of one year from its Date of notification. It is tacitly renewable 3 times, for a period of 1 year, a maximum duration of 4 years.
