Description:
The consultation relates to the following services: carrying out work relating to extension, densification, deviation and landfill operations on FTTH infrastructure deployed by the Department. Execution studies and realization of civil engineering work, wiring and Optical connectors. The consistency and detail of the expected services are described in this specific administrative clauses (CCAP) and the specific technical clauses (CCTP) of this market. The market is not the subject of an allotment. The service constitutes A homogeneous and integrated set which does not allow an allotment in this consultation. The consultation has passed through tenders opened in application of articles L.2124-1 and 2, R.2124-1 and 2 and R.2161-2 to 5 of the public procurement code. The acquisition of services will be carried out by A framework agreement for order formal terms without minimum and with a maximum annual amount of 1,000,000 euros excl. Tax, in application of articles R.2162-2 and R2162-4-2 of the public procurement code. The market passed by framework agreement to order orders is concluded for an initial period of one year from its Date of notification. It is tacitly renewable 3 times, for a period of 1 year, a maximum duration of 4 years.
