- This consultation concerns the concession of the public service for the distribution of drinking water for the benefit of subscribers within the territory of the Municipality of Albitreccia. The Community decided, by deliberation of October 23, 2025, to delegate by way of leasing, the exploitation of its service. This consultation falls under the provisions of the Public Procurement Code relating to service concessions, and more particularly those of the 'specific rules for the award of certain concession contracts' (article L. 3126-1 et seq. and R. 3126-1 et seq.), and the provisions of the General Code of Territorial Authorities relating to public service delegations, the concession contract having as its object an activity falling under c of 1 of article L. 1212-3 of the public procurement code. Thus, the procedure implemented is that of the procedure simplified.
