Description:
The operation includes:
-The cleaning of the current building, as well as the possible preliminary interior harm (excluding perimeter of this market, controlled by another MOE, called MOE)
-A drill of the slab will be carried out between the ground floor (DRC) and level R-1 in order to allow entryOf natural light in the latter by a hopper estimated at around 80m2,
- The overhang of the ground floor with the creation of a large space dedicated to the collective,
- The development of workpads, to move from an organization to individual offices to a Flex Office DevelopmentIn the stages R+1 to R+7, and common spaces in R+8,
- The upgrading of the building to respond to the tertiary decree and bins,
- Depending on the conclusions of diagnostics and studies to respond to the tertiary decree, the replacement of the exterior buildings of the building (in optional tranche in thismarket).
The works will take place in 2 phases:
- a preliminary phase of cleaning and preparatory work, managed by a distinct project manager (excluding perimeter of this market), whose start-up is scheduled for December 2025, after the moving of the staff,
- a phase of redevelopment work,Managed by a realization of design group (object of this market), which must end before the transfer of staff to the renovated premises at the end of T2 2027. This calendar objective is a major issue of the operation.
