Description:
The subject of this consultation is a public contract for roof repair work on 3 tennis courts at the Domaine de la Cour Roland in the Municipality of Jouy-en-Josas for the Intercommunal Development Union of Jouy-Velizy (78). This contract is awarded according to the appropriate procedure opened in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract is concluded according to a global and fixed price. The contract provides for an option: Replacement option for vertical walls The duration of the contract and the execution times are defined to the AE worth CCP. No site visit will be organized.
