Description:
The purpose of this consultation is a public contract for restoration work on the Saint-Remi church for the town of Mittainville (78), in particular the relaunch of lot 2: "Carpentry/Carpentry", declared without further action for reasons of general interest. This contract is awarded according to the procedure adapted in accordance with articles L2123-1 and R2123-1, R2123-4 and R2123-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The description of the work and their technical specifications are indicated in the CCTP. The contract takes effect from its notification date in accordance with articles R2182-4 and R2182-5 of the public procurement code, it is concluded until the end of the perfect completion guarantee period. The overall execution time includes the preparation period and the work execution time. It is estimated at 10 months, including a preparation period lasting 1 month.
