Description:
The purpose of this consultation is a public contract for repair work on the roof, framework and masonry of the Saint-Clement Saint-Clair church for the commune of FLACOURT (78). This contract is awarded according to an adapted procedure, in application of articles L2123-1 and R2123-1 to R2123-2 of the Public Procurement Code. The work to be carried out is indicated in the document Presentation-CCAP-CCTP-Plans attached to the DCE. This consultation is not allocated, the allocation in separate lots risks making the execution of the services more costly financially. The candidates are required to respond to the basic solution described in the attached procurement file. In application of articles R2151-8 to R2151-11 of the public procurement code, the buyer refuses the presentation of offers including a variant
