Description:
The purpose of this consultation is a public contract for demolition work on the community hall located at the Pierre Bremard space for the municipality of Nezel (78). This contract is awarded according to the procedure adapted in application of articles L 2123-1 and R2123-1, R2123-4 and R2123-5 of the Code of public procurement. The description of the works and their technical specifications are indicated in the Specifications of Special Technical Clauses (CCTP). The overall execution time includes the preparation period and the work execution time. It is estimated at four (4) months, including one preparation period lasting one (1) month. Estimated start date of works: January 2026 The contract is not allocated within the meaning of articles R2113-2 and R2113-3 of the public procurement code.
