- Concession of the public SIAEPA collective sanitation service in the Montville region
The management of the service includes:
-The exploitation of wastewater collection, transport and treatment facilities to ensure the continuity of service to users, as well as compliance withRegulations in force in terms of compliance of the sanitation system and discharges,
-The management of purification sludge in accordance with regulations,
-thentine, surveillance, maintenance, repairs and renewal of equipment,
-The realization of the work provided for inPresent contract,
-The keeping up to date of inventories of the material and intangible heritage of the service, the collection and enhancement of information relating to the operation of the installations and the execution of the service,
-The conduct of relations with users of the service and customer managementAssociated, in connection with the manager (s) of the public drinking water service,
-The obligation to invoice, collect and cover with subscribers the fee due in return for the conceded service, including invoicing on account of third parties, in connection with the manager (s) of the public serviceDrinking water,
-The conduct of relations with the community including regular supply and at the request of all information and syntheses on the management and technical and financial functioning of the service.
