Description: This European open call for tenders is subject to the provisions of Articles R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. It follows the provisions of Articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the Code of Public Order, in the field of orders, in accordance with the Convention dated 8.2.2018 between the City of Douai and the CCAS of Douai. This consultation has occurred in accordance with Articles R. 2162-2, R. 2162-4 and R. 2162-13 of the Public Code of Order, articles corresponding to the framework agreements with purchase orders. This framework agreement, with no minimum and annual maximum, is concluded with a single holder (mono-attribute framework agreement).
