Description:
The Specifications of Special Technical Clauses (CCTP) defines the terms of execution of the third-party application maintenance (TMA) market and scalable services on the Cegid XRP Ultimate ERP, already in production at the INA.
This contract covers all the services necessary to maintain operational conditions, functional development and technical support of the software package, according to a structure in Work Units (OU):
- UO1: Incoming reversibility, allowing the gradual takeover of the scope by the holder;
- UO2: Corrective and evolutionary maintenance;
- UO3: Outgoing reversibility, allowing the structured transfer of skills, deliverables and history at the end of the contract.
