- The framework agreement is entered into in application of articles L.2113-6 to L.2113-8 of the Public Procurement Code as part of the order group composed of members of the GHT of Reunion (CHU de la Reunion for its North and South sites, the Groupe Hospitalier Est Reunion, the Groupe Hospitalier Ouest Reunion, the Public Mental Health Establishment of Reunion), of the Health Cooperation Group of Logistical Means - Common Food Production Unit (GCS-UPAC) including the University Hospital Center of Reunion as a support establishment of the GHT Reunion. The latter ensures thus, on behalf of its members, the coordination of purchases
