Description:
This notice concerns the implementation of a framework agreement with subsequent markets, multi-attributes with 3 holders, without minimum amount and with maximum amount of 126.5 million euros having the object of the provision of temporary staff for bus driving and tram in Ile-de-France for the RATP group (Epic as well as the Ratp Cap Ile de France subsidiary and its own subsidiaries) to guarantee the continuity and quality of service rendered.
RATP was an order group to pool the purchase of the provision of temporary staff With providers common to the parties, appointed as beneficiaries of the framework agreement.
The provision of temporary staff allows beneficiaries to temporarily strengthen their workforce to compensate for a replacement or additional activity.
Temporary workers, employees and paid By the temporary work company, are recruited according to a qualification agreed with the beneficiaries.
This appeal is carried out in compliance with articles L.1251-5 to L.1251-7 of the Labor Code and can concern all categories of staff: operators, master's degrees and executives.
