- In order to meet the needs for the movement of its agents, to better understand the use of its park, to strengthen the pooling of resources and to face budgetary constraints, the SDIS 62 has decided to acquire a telematics and self -sharing solution.
In application of the articleL.2125-1 of the public procurement code, the consultation will give rise to a framework agreement, without minimum amount and with maximum amount.
This is a framework service agreement, mono attribute, without reset to competition, which will be executed as needed by the emission ofOrder under the conditions defined in articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Code Public Order.
