- In order to optimize the contracting process of its BtoB activity, the Colissimo Business Unit wishes to implement a new contracting tool.
This CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tool should enable the Sales Administration (ADV) to receive the creative requestsation of contracts issued by the Sales Force and to generate a contract based on the information provided by the sales representatives.
It will be used by:
The Sales Force to submit their contract creation request
The ADV to edit, validate and have contracts signed
The Credit DepartmentManagement and Legal to secure
contract creation requests.
