The framework agreement is executed within the framework of a grouping of orders 25TM05 in accordance with articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the Public Procurement Code with the following organizations: - Municipality of TOULOUSE - Toulouse Metropole - Municipality of SAINT-ALBAN - Municipality of BLAGNAC - Municipality of L'UNION - Municipality of BRAX - Municipality of BRUGUIERES - Municipality of CUGNAUX - Municipality of FLOURENS - Municipality of PIBRAC - Municipality of SAINT-ORENS - COSAT The coordinator of the order group is: TOULOUSE METROPOLE. The coordinator ensures the preparation, production, handover, allocation, signature and notification of the framework agreement. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. This framework agreement is executed as purchase orders are issued by the contracting authority. Services are regulated by unit prices. The maximum amounts are indicated by members of the group in the consultation documents. They are identical for each renewal period.
