Description:
The framework agreement is executed within the framework of a grouping of orders 25TM05 in accordance with articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the Public Procurement Code with the following organizations:
- Municipality of TOULOUSE
- Toulouse Metropolis
- Municipality of SAINT-ALBAN
- Municipality of BLAGNAC
- Municipality of UNION
- Municipality of BRAX
- Municipality of BRUGUIERES
- Municipality of CUGNAUX
- Municipality of FLOURENS
- Municipality of PIBRAC
- Municipality of SAINT-ORENS
- COSAT
The coordinator of the group of orders is: TOULOUSE METROPOLE. The coordinator ensures the preparation, implementation, handover, allocation, signature and notification of the framework agreement.
The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders.
This framework agreement is executed gradually the issuance of purchase orders issued by the contracting authority. Services are regulated by unit prices.
Maximum amounts are indicated by members of the group in the consultation documents. They are identical for each renewal period.
The services expected under this contract are as follows:
- Management of license acquisitions and renewals,
- Management of the license fleet contracting authority by maintaining compliance,
- Support for the choice of new software solutions and monitoring of Publisher markets,
- Managed service provision (technical study, audit) for the optimization of the license portfolio
