- the provision of specific skips and/or containers of collection in recycling center and on the different
grouping points located on community territory,
- the removal of waste on all the recycling centers and the various points grouping of the territory and their transport to the various places of treatment,
- The weighing of materials leaving the recycling centers,
- the treatment of waste collected in recycling centers and excluding recycling centers
