This consultation concerns the provision of purchasing cards for the Val-de-Marne department with technical and functional assistance. The purpose of this market is to provide a banking service allowing the Val-de-Marne department to receive and process payment requests for invoices submitted by suppliers who have opted for payment by purchasing card. The market will be concluded for a period of 4 years from the date of notification of the contract (provisional notification date: November 2025). No renewal is provided. It will be subject to order orders, issued as you need. The market is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 120,000 euro (s) HT the estimated value is non -contractual and is understood to be the total duration of the market.
