This consultation concerns temporary work services for Central Production and Administrative Restaurants in Val-de-Marne This market is based on the temporary provision of catering agents, cooks, drivers, storekeepers, storekeepers Operating assistant and production assistant. The objective is to strengthen teams from the Central Production Unit and Administrative Restaurants in the event of absences of vacant personnel or positions or specific situations, such as a health crisis. The annual need is evaluated at 4 750 hours, for central production units and administrative restaurants. The missions will be carried out mainly from Monday to Friday, during school periods from September 1, 2025. The duration of the services may vary, ranging from half a day to several months. THE needs will be communicated to the holder almost daily.
