Description:
The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders.
Each lot will be the subject of a separate allocation.
The services are regulated by unit prices.
The Municipal Catering Center (CRM) of the City of Colomiers ensures production daily of 4,500 cold meals, intended for different audiences: nurseries, schools, nursing homes, home delivery services, municipal staff restaurant and reception services. Currently, the CRM uses Gastronorm type food trays (GN 1/2, 1/3, 1/4 and 1/8) + Oblong for packaging culinary preparations. As part of the AGEC law (Anti-Waste for a Circular Economy), a reflection is underway on the evolution of packaging methods, in particular on the use of stainless steel containers with lids for certain uses. Candidates must propose packaging equipment, scalable and adaptable, capable of responding to all types of packaging: food trays and sealable stainless steel containers. The City of Colomiers, committed to an ambitious sustainable development policy and attentive to the quality of the service provided to users, wishes to integrate environmental, ergonomic and functional dimensions into this consultation
