The provision of spare parts, consumables, standard exchanges and maintenance services for infusion equipment (pumps and shoots-series) to the inventory of GHT49 Establishments The services will be the subject of a framework agreement to Order orders without minimum and with maximum equal to 4 times the amount estimated by lot, passed in application of articles R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the public procurement code. The market is concluded for a period of thirty-six (36) months calendar from 11/14/2022 or from its posterior notification. The market is renewable for a period of thirty-six (36) months within the limit of one (1) renewal, unless the express decision of non-renewal of the buyer.
