This consultation is intended to allow the use of a temporary work agency in order to meet the occasional needs of the services responsible for the organization of events, or of congresses as part of the exploitation of the Congress Center of the City of Mandelieu-La Napoule Ilis not planned to decomposition in lots because the allotment would be likely to restrict competition. Indeed, in the case of a framework agreement with order orders, it cannot be provided for the quantity of services. Thus a separation of prize benefits by nature ofprofessions would lead to having unbalanced lots strongly restricting competition. It is a framework agreement with order orders, passed at unit prices without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount (52,000EUR excl. Tax/year), fixing all the contractual stipulations and executed as you goof the emission of order orders, without negotiation or competing, according to the terms provided for in the framework agreement and in application of articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code.
