Description:
The purpose of the market is the subscription and management of insurance group insurance contracts for the City and the C.C.A.S. from Villeneuve-le-Roi. The specifications and descriptions appear at the general provisions and special conditions for each batch and in part 2 of the conditions particular common to all lots. The services are devolved into three separate lots. Market passed through the formalized procedure for open tenders. Each batch of the market is concluded for an initial period of one year from January 1, 2026 for a period of 5 years. This duration is Recommended in these areas for the following reasons: - Insurers practice a population pooling over time (a bad year in terms of loss is offset by other more favorable years). Too short a duration would not get attractive prices. - The duration of 5 years makes it possible to respect despite everything the principle of public procurement of a restoration of periodic competition. Funding by the community's equity. Applicants have the obligation to respond to the basic solution and the variants imposed. For Lot 1, the variant corresponds to a solution with a deductible at 1,500 euros. For lot n 3 and for the city, variants 1 and 2 correspond to a solution with variable deductible depending on the situation and detailed under specific conditions in the "amount of guarantees and franchises" part.
